HOUSE RULES

• No Children under the age of 8 years allowed

• Strictly No parties or events

• Strictly No Schoolies bookings

• Please get in touch to let us know the reason for your booking. This helps us provide the best possible experience and clarify any details if needed.

• As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

• In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. This will be sent 2 weeks before check-in.

• This is strictly a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is EIGHT people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to FOUR people. No more than a maximum of TWELVE people are allowed in the property at any given time.

• Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

• For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate children aged 7 years and below.

• Please note that the property features a spa (which doesn't heat up or have jets), which is the reason we are able to have this unfenced. This should be used with care and at your own risk. As part of your booking confirmation, you agree to indemnify Getawayz and the property owner against any misuse leading to injury or death.

• Children 8 and above fine to stay, however, must be monitored at all times around the spa. The booking holder and their party agree to indemnify Getawayz and the property owner against any misuse leading to injury or death.

• This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.

• This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.

• STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

• Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

• Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions

- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.

- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.

- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.

- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

• Cancellation Policy:

- If you book within 30 days or less from the check-in date, no refund is applicable.
 - Get a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of booking unless you have booked within 30 days or less from the check-in date. No refund is applicable.
 - If you cancel after 7 days from booking, you can get a 50% refund of the accommodation fee, plus the cleaning fee, unless you have booked within 30 days or less from the check-in date. No refund is applicable.
 - If you cancel within 48 hours of the check-in date, no refund is applicable.

Please note, the above cancellation policy is for bookings made directly with Getawayz NSW. If you have booked via a third party platform (including: Airbnb, VRBO, etc), their cancellation policy will override the Getawayz NSW policies.
