• There is a Security Bond of $2,000 that will be refunded upon check-out if there are no damages in the home or no House Rules broken.

• Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

• The home does not have a washer and dryer, however, a nearby Laundry shop offers pick and drop off service.

• If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
