    • There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

    • Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

    • We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

    • There is 1 parking spot with this apartment.

    • There is a washing machine on ther balcony however, there is no dryer. There is a communal washer and dryer in the building and also laundromats nearby.

    • The home does not have an aircon or portable fans.

    • The home does not have a freezer, but does have a fridge

    • There is an elevator, but there are still 8 steps to get to the elevator from the parking. Street side entrance does not have steps.
