• Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

• This apartment is kid and infant friendly and we provide a travel cot and highchair, however we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

• If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!

• Our lovely Queenscliff home is 3 levels and there are internal stairs to access to top and bottom floors. For anyone with mobility issues or young children (toddlers), you may want to consider this prior to booking our home. There are 14 stairs from the middle level to the lower level and 17 stairs from top floor to middle floor.
