• The apartment is the on the lower level of the main house with a separate entrance. There will be no access to the main house.

• The home has a ducted aircon system, but does not reach the bedroom. There is a portable fan and heater in the bedroom.

• There are 16 steps from street level down to the entrance of the apartment and 4 steps inside to the bedroom.
