LIVING ROOM
The main highlights on how to operate the main aspects of our living room.

Enjoy seamless access to your home with our advanced intercom system. Positioned conveniently around the corner from the front door in the living room, this modern feature offers both security and convenience. Here's how to use the intercom:
Answering the Call:
When a guest calls the apartment, the intercom will ring.
Simply press the talk button to begin your conversation.
Unlocking the Door:
To grant access, press the key button on the far left side of the intercom.
This will unlock the door, allowing your guest to enter.
Turning Off the System:
Finish your interaction by pressing the off button on the far left side of the intercom to turn off the system.

Our living room comes with a Hisense Smart TV which has access to free to air TV as well as an abundance of smart apps. Please see the instructions below on how to operate the TV.
There is once smart remote to operate the TV. The remote has a red symbol in the top left corner just press it in order to turn on the tv.
When turning on the TV, the main way to navigate between the different options (free to air and the applications) is through the Home button that has a house symbol, located directly under the main selection button.
To select between different applications simply scroll along the bottom row and press the middle button to select.
Please note we do not provide any Netflix or other accounts, you will need to log into your own accounts for use
Please always remember to log out on departure. Getawayz NSW is not responsible for any additional bills or payments made on your account if you forget to log out.

The apartment is equipped with a Samsung air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. We kindly ask that you turn it off when you're not home.
To turn the system on, press the button in the top left corner. The screen will display the current set temperature.
To adjust the temperature, use the arrows on the left side—press the up arrow to increase or the down arrow to decrease the temperature.
To change the mode, press the button located to the left of the fan icon. Keep pressing until you select your desired mode.
To adjust the fan speed, press the button with the "FAN" icon. Continue pressing until you reach your preferred speed.

At the top right of the portable heater, there is a panel. Press the "power" button, then use the "+" and "-" signs to adjust the temperature to your preference. Please remember to turn off the portable heater when you leave the property.

To turn on the fireplace, you'll find a switch on the wall to the right of the TV. Simply press the switch, and the fireplace will light up automatically, creating a cozy atmosphere for your evenings.
KITCHEN
Our kitchen is well stocked and comes with all the utensils you need to cook meals at home! We ask that you take good care of any of the items in the kitchen. We know mistakes can happen, so if anything breaks, please let us know so we can replace these for you and/or our next guests!

Introducing our user-friendly oven with effortless control!
On the left side, you'll find a knob to choose from a variety of cooking programs.
The right knob controls the temperature – just turn it to set your preferred heat. With these intuitive features, cooking becomes a pleasure.
GAS STOVE
Our main home is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove that's incredibly easy to use.
To operate, simply press and hold the knob while turning it to the left to reach your desired heat level.
When finished, ensure the knob is turned all the way to the right to prevent any gas leakage.

Every Getawayz home is equipped with a Nespresso machine and milk frother. Complimentary coffee pods are provided for your visit.
When using the Nespresso machine:
Ensure the machine has adequate water, and is turned on at the powerpoint.
There are buttons to make different sized coffees on the top of the machine. After turning the machine on, these buttons will flash until the machine is ready for use.
When ready, place the pod in the machine and pull the silver latch down. Then press the button corresponding to your desired size of coffee.
Please regularly empty out the discarded pods from the machine.
If you prefer milk in your coffee, we request that you supply your own milk for your visit.

This property is equipped with an BOSCH automatic dishwasher. Dishwashing tablets, liquid, or powder will be provided.
To operate this dishwasher, please:
To power on the dishwasher press the power button on the far left.
To select the mode press one of the 6 buttons on the right
To start the machine press the Start/Pause button on the far right, a red light on the right corner wil turned on.
On departure, we ask that you use the “Quick 60” cycle as well as the extra dry button, located on the right. Our housekeeping & styling specialists will thank you for this!

It is simple to use by pressing one of the buttons on the right side panel, where you can choose the programme that you want, such as defrosting, softening, melting, etc. Press one of those, then click the Start button to start it.
Home Utilities & Services
In this section, we provide detailed information about the various utilities and services available for your convenience and comfort during your stay. From essential services to general safety facilities, you'll find everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

WASHING MACHINE
Our home comes with a front loader Samsung washing machine for you to use throughout your stay. Please see below how to operate the washing machine:
Insert the washing powder or detergent into the left tray and close.
To power on the machine there is a power button on the left side of the knob. Simply press to turn the machine on/off and you will see the screen turning on.
To chose from the programs simply twist the knob in the middle to your desired programs for washing.
On the right hand side, you can see different options for the cycle you have selected, including wash temp, water level and spin speed.
DRYER
To use the dryer, turn the knob located at the bottom left to select the drying time. The dryer will start automatically.

We ask that all guests appropriately dispose of their garbage, and sort waste materials appropriately when removing trash from the home.
Bins for our home are kept on the right hand side of the property’s building near the post boxes behind the grey door. Please do not walk them down the driveway towards the home under any circumstances.
The outdoor garbage bins are colour coded:
Red lid is for general waste.
Yellow lid is for recyclable material.
Green lid is for vegetation

FIRE
Getawayz NSW prioritizes the safety of our guests and conducts regular fire safety inspections in all our properties.
To ensure safety, kindly adhere to our strict 'no-smoking' policy within the house premises.
For emergencies, there is a fire extinguisher located and fire blanket underneath the sink. If used, please inform Getawayz NSW immediately.
In the event of a fire, please first ensure the safety of all guests and then promptly call the fire department at +000 using your phone.
Your safety is our top priority, so please report any near misses or incidents to us. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Any contact outside of business hours will be responded to from 8am onwards, the next day of business.
