Our two living rooms and the cottage adjacent to the pool are equipped with Samsung TVs.
Please find the instructions below on how to use the TV.
There is one smart remote to operate the TV. The remote has a red symbol in the top, this will turn the tv on/off.
When turning on the TV, the main way to navigate between the different options (free to air and the applications) is through the Home button that has a house symbol.
To select between different applications simply scroll along the bottom row and press the middle button to select as well as there being Binge, Youtube, Prime video.

Please note we do not provide any Netflix or other accounts, you will need to log into your own accounts for use.
Please always remember to log out on departure. Getawayz NSW is not responsible for any additional bills or payments made on your account if you forget to log out.

The living/dining and bedrooms on the main first floor has a Daikin ducted air conditioning units to keep you comfortable during your stay. We ask that you kindly turn off when you are not home. The panel is located on the first left after the bunk room.
Use the top left hand button to turn the system on. The screen should show the current set temperature
To change the temperature use the arrows located in the middle either press the up to increase or the down to decrease.
If you would like to change the mode use the button on the left of the fan logo. Continue to click until you get to your desired mode.
To change the fan speed use the button with the “FAN” logo. Continue to click until you get to your desired speed
You may access the main menu and locate advanced settings, such as quick start, scheduling, etc, by pressing the arrow in the centre of the panel.

The garage buzzer is located on the old sewing machine as you enter the house through the main door. We kindly ask that you return it to this spot before leaving the house. Thank you!
To open and close the garage, use the large button.

The home is multi-level and has several steps to access the property. There are 51 steps to get to the front entrance from the street and 17 steps from the entrance to the living room second floor.
KITCHEN
Our home features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing family meals in the comfort of your stay. Here, we highlight key instructions for operating our kitchen efficiently.

Our kitchen comes complete with a Delonghi coffee Machine, perfect for the perfect cup in the morning. Getawayz NSW will provide you with ample coffee beans and grounds throughout your stay. If you prefer milk coffee over black coffee, you will need to provide your own milk for your stay.

To turn the appliance on, press the button power.
The light flashes while the appliance is heating up and performing an automatic rinse cycle.
Choose your desired coffee strength by turning the middle dial.
Then, press one of the symbols on either side of the dial to select your preferred coffee size.
Always ensure that the water tank and coffee bean hopper are filled before use.

OVEN
Our main home features two MIELE ovens, perfect for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. Please refer to the instructions below for guidance on how to use the ovens.
The knob on the far left is to set the oven to the setting in which you wish to cook. For example, fan force, grill, oven grill, bake, etc and all your choices will appear on the middle screen.
The knob on the right side is for setting the temperature of the oven. Simply move the knob for the desired temperature.
INDUCTION STOVE
Our main home comes with a 6-burner induction stove that is extremely easy to use and operate.
To turn on the induction cooktop, there is a button located opposite the bench, in the middle of the two power outlets.
To use this, simply press and hold the power button located on the right side.
Once powered on, you can adjust the level using the numbered buttons located on either side. These buttons are designed to correspond to the specific burner they control.
Please note that when using our induction stove, please ensure that the pot or pan is placed on the stove before turning it on. Induction stoves require the presence of cookware on the cooking zone to function. This is because the stove needs to read which zone is covered before it can generate heat. Without the proper cookware in place, the stove won't work.

Operating our LG microwave is a straightforward process. Begin by opening the door to access various modes. Select your desired mode and close the door securely. When you're ready to start, simply press the start button located in the bottom right corner.

Discover the convenience of our MIELE dishwashers, here to make your stay effortless.
To begin, simply press the on/off button located on the left side of the dishwasher.
Place a dishwasher tablet in the machine before starting a cycle.
To the right of the power button, you will find arrows to select the different wash modes.
Once you have chosen your desired mode, press the start button located on the far right.
Home Utilities & Services
In this section, we provide detailed information about the various utilities and services available for your convenience and comfort during your stay. From essential services to general safety facilities, you'll find everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
POOL
Our home features a fully equipped pool for your comfort during the hot Australian summer. Here are the main highlights on how to operate our pool.

Please note that the presence of glass around the pool area is strictly prohibited. If our pool maintenance team discovers any glass during their regular checks, charges may apply for draining the pool and collecting all glass. Such charges could potentially amount to the entire bond paid for the home.
For your convenience, we have supplied plastic glassware for use around the pool. If you plan to enjoy beverages such as champagne that come in glass containers, kindly pour them into the provided plastic glasses before taking them to the pool area. Your cooperation ensures a safe and enjoyable pool experience.

Please be aware that Getawayz NSW and the property owners assume no liability for any accidents occurring in or around the pool area. The booking holder accepts full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or harm resulting from the use of the pool. This responsibility extends to all individuals, including children and adults, and covers incidents related to intoxication. Your understanding and adherence to safety guidelines are appreciated.

FANS
All of our bedrooms, except the one with the bunk beds, are equipped with ceiling fans.
In the two bedrooms on the first floor, you will find a button next to the door to turn on the ceiling fan and adjust its speed.
In the bedroom on the second floor, press the button located next to the door to activate the ceiling fan, then use the white remote to adjust the fan speed.
AC UNITS
The upstairs bedroom features an AC unit that is simple to operate. Just press the middle button to turn it on. Use the "+" and "–" buttons to adjust the temperature, and the "Mode" button to switch between cooling and heating settings.

You are welcome to wash and dry your clothes in this home. Detergent and/or washing powder has been provided for you.
The home features a Washing machine and dryer.
WASHING MACHINE
Simply press the On/Off button on the left side to turn on the washing machine.
Next to the On/Off button, you’ll find buttons for selecting different wash modes.
Choose your preferred cycle by pressing the button with the appropriate logo.
Finally, press the button on the far right, marked with a "start/pause" logo, to start the washing machine.
DRYER
Press the power button located on the far left side.
Next to the power button, turn the dial to select the desired drying mode. The available modes will appear on the screen, and you can adjust the mode and capacity based on the amount of clothes in the dryer. This ensures optimal drying for your laundry.
Finally, press the "Start/Pause" button located to the right of the dial to begin the cycle.

The home features an outdoor Ziegler & Brown barbecue that runs on natural gas, so there’s no need to worry about refilling a gas bottle!
After each use, please make sure to clean the BBQ thoroughly and turn it off completely. It includes both a grill plate and a flat plate for versatile cooking options.

The fuse box for this property is conveniently located on the first floor, directly opposite the staircase, inside the grey cupboard.
If the power is not working, please check the fuses in the fuse box and flick all on if one of the fuses has blown or been switched off.
Unfortunately, there is nothing Getawayz NSW can do to rectify external power outages.
We would recommend either:
Using the Ausgrid Website to check for any known outages in the area.
Or call their hotline number: 13 13 88 to report an outage.
If there is not a local outage and you are still experiencing issues, please contact the Getawayz NSW on 0480 801 294. For any issues after 9pm, we will attend first thing in the morning, if power is not returned to the home.

The rubbish bins are located inside the garage, and you'll need the remote buzzer to access it.
We kindly request that all rubbish be placed in the outdoor bins before your departure.
The outdoor bins are color-coded for your convenience:
Red lid: General waste
Yellow lid: Recyclables
Green lid: Garden vegetation
Bins are collected on Thursday mornings. If you’re staying on a Thursday, please place the bins on the street Wednesday evening and return them after collection. If you’re checking out on Wednesday, our housekeeping team will handle this for you.

FIRE
Getawayz NSW prioritizes the safety of our guests and conducts regular fire safety inspections in all our properties.
To ensure safety, kindly use the rangehood in the kitchen and adhere to our strict 'no-smoking' policy within the house premises.
Evacuation diagrams are on the backs of each bedroom door. Please note there is an extinguisher and a blanket in the butlers pantry.
If used, please inform Getawayz NSW immediately.In the event of a fire, please first ensure the safety of all guests and then promptly call the fire department at +000 using your phone.
Your safety is our top priority, so please report any near misses or incidents to us. Your cooperation is appreciated.
