We have provided you with a detailed manual, specific to this home. You will also find our house rules attached.

House Rules
LIVING Space
As you first open the door, you are greeted by our open-plan dining, and living room. Below you will find the main highlights on how to operate the main aspects of our living room.

Our living room comes with Sony Smart TV which has access to free to air TV as well as an abundance of smart apps. Please see the instructions below on how to operate the TV.
There is one smart remote to operate the TV. The remote has a red symbol in the top left corner, this will turn the tv on/off.
When turning on the TV, the main way to navigate between the different options (free to air and the applications) is through the Home button that has a house symbol, located top right of the main selection button.
To select between different applications simply scroll along the bottom row and press the middle button to select as well as there being Netflix, Youtube, Prime video and google play buttons underneath the main selection buttons.

Please note we do not provide any Netflix or other accounts, you will need to log into your own accounts for use
Please always remember to log out on departure. Getawayz NSW is not responsible for any additional bills or payments made on your account if you forget to log out.

The living/dining area has a ceiling fan. To use it, please make sure to turn on the switch located on the left side of the couch—it’s the top button. Once the signal is sent to the fan, a red light will appear. Then, you can adjust the fan speed using the remote to your desired level.
KITCHEN
Our home comes with a fully equipped kitchen which is perfect for family meals when you feel like staying in. Here you will find the main highlights on how to operate our kitchen.

To use the oven:
The left knob allows you to effortlessly adjust the temperature settings, while the right knob provides a seamless selection of different cooking programs. With this intuitive design, cooking becomes a pleasure, and creating culinary masterpieces has never been easier.
ELECTRIC STOVE
Our main home comes with a 4-burner electric stove that is extremely easy to use and operate.
In order to use this, simply hold the power button on the corner right for 3 seconds.
Press the + or - symbol to adjust the temperature
Please note that when using our induction stove, please ensure that the pot or pan is placed on the stove before turning it on. Induction stoves require the presence of cookware on the cooking zone to function. This is because the stove needs to read which zone is covered before it can generate heat. Without the proper cookware in place, the stove won't work.

A SMEG microwave is found in the drawer next to the fridge. It is simple to use by pressing one of the buttons on the right side panel, where you can choose the programme that you want, such as defrosting, softening, melting, etc. Press one of those, then click the Start button to start it.

This property is equipped with an SMEG automatic dishwasher. Dishwashing tablets, liquid, or powder will be provided.
To operate this dishwasher, please:
To power on the dishwasher press the power button on the far right.
To select the mode press one of the 6 buttons on the left
To start the machine just close the dishwasher after your settings done.
On departure, we ask that you use the “Quick 27 min” cycle located on the left. Our housekeeping & styling specialists will thank you for this!
Home Utilities & Services
Here, you'll find bin night information, and the convenient location of your fuse box for any unexpected issues. All safety concerns are also addressed here.
Rest assured, we have taken every measure to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free.

There is no washer or dryer in the home, but we do have a communal washer and dryer for our guests to use.

Ceiling Fan
The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan for your comfort.
Locate the switch in the bedroom on the right side of the bed.
Turn on the upper button to activate the fan
Use the remote to control and adjust the speed level.

We ask that all guests appropriately dispose of their garbage, and sort waste materials appropriately when removing trash from the home.
The rubbish are located on the wall facing the property, slightly on the right side of the driveway once going back to the street level.
The outdoor garbage bins are colour coded:
Red lid is for general waste.
Yellow lid is for recyclable material.
Green lid is for vegetation

The fuse box for this property is located on the right side of the property facing it from the driveway.
In the case of a complete or partial power outage, please check the fuse box:
If any switches are flipped into the ‘off’ position, flip them back to an ‘on’ position.
If all switches are on, and no changes occur, then this is most likely an issue with the power supply.
Unfortunately, there is nothing Getawayz NSW can do to rectify external power outages.
We would recommend either:
Using the Ausgrid Website to check for any known outages in the area.
Or call their hotline number: 13 13 88 to report an outage.
If there is not a local outage and you are still experiencing issues, please contact the Getawayz NSW on 0480 801 294. For any issues after 9pm, we will attend first thing in the morning, if power is not returned to the home.

Getawayz NSW has staff available 7 days a week, from 8am - 9pm.
