Our living room comes with an LG Smart TV which has access to an abundance of smart apps. Please see the instructions below on how to operate the TV.
There is one smart remote to operate the TV. The remote has a red symbol in the top, this will turn the tv on/off.
When turning on the TV, the main way to navigate between the different options (free to air and the applications) is through the Home button that has a house symbol.
To select between different applications simply scroll along the bottom row and press the middle button to select as well as there being Netflix, Youtube, Prime video.

Please note we do not provide any Netflix or other accounts, you will need to log into your own accounts for use
Please always remember to log out on departure. Getawayz NSW is not responsible for any additional bills or payments made on your account if you forget to log out.

The AC panel is located at the end of the hallway, after the kitchen, on the left.
Tap the screen once to light it up and then press the power button to turn on the entire system.
Make sure the desired area to be warmed or cooled is turned on by pressing the on/off button on the far left. When the button is orange, it means it's on; when it's grey, it's off. Use the slider on the right side to increase or decrease the temperature. We recommend a comfortable range of 20 to 22 degrees Celsius to ensure your space is always cozy and inviting.

One of the highlights and centrepieces of our living room is the slow-burning combustion fireplace.
You will find firewood and fire starters on both sides of the fireplace.
We kindly ask that you do not remove the ash from the fireplace throughout your stay. Our housekeeping and styling team will look after this during the changeover.
KITCHEN
Our home features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing family meals in the comfort of your stay. Here, we highlight key instructions for operating our kitchen efficiently.

OVEN
Please see the instructions below on how to use the oven.
The knob on the far left is to set the oven to the setting in which you wish to cook. For example, fan force, grill, oven grill, bake, etc and all your choices will appear on the middle screen.
The knob next to it on the right is for setting the temperature of the oven. Simply move the knob for the desired temperature
INDUCTION STOVE
Our main home comes with a 5-burner induction stove that is extremely easy to use and operate.
In order to use this, simply hold the power button for 3 seconds. This is located at the bottom in the middle.
Once it is powered on you can set the level on the plus minus buttons located on either side and is designed to identify which burner it is for.
Please note that when using our induction stove, please ensure that the pot or pan is placed on the stove before turning it on. Induction stoves require the presence of cookware on the cooking zone to function. This is because the stove needs to read which zone is covered before it can generate heat. Without the proper cookware in place, the stove won't work.

Our kitchen comes complete with a Nespresso Machine, perfect for the perfect cup in the morning. Getawayz NSW will provide you with ample coffee pods throughout your stay. If you prefer milk coffee over black coffee, you will need to provide your own milk for your stay.

Other than turning on the Nespresso Machine at the powerpoint, the first thing to do is make sure there is enough water in the machine to make your desired coffee.
On the top of the Nespresso machine, there are two buttons to make coffee (the left is for short black, and right is for long black). Behind this is the switch to power the machine. Simply press this down and it will turn on the machine. The buttons mentioned above will flash until ready to be used.
Simply place the pod in the machine and pull the silver latch down. This will make your coffee.
Please remember to not overfill the pod tray.

Bosch Microwave: To open, press the very bottom button in the middle. Select your desired temperature from the main panel, then turn the knob to adjust the timing process. After this, press the start button, and your meal will be ready to go.

This property is equipped with a WESTINGHOUSE automatic dishwasher, with dishwashing tablets, liquid, or powder provided for your convenience.
To start, press the on/off button located on the left side of the dishwasher.
Use the arrows to select your desired program.
Press the Start/Pause button on the far right to begin the cycle.
Before departure, we kindly request that you use the "Fast" cycle. Our housekeeping and styling team will greatly appreciate your cooperation!

Please note while these are durable quartzite we suggest you please wipe down after each use to avoid damage and stains from oil and so on that could sink in after a period of time. We’ve left plenty of spray and wipe and paper towels.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
Experience outdoor luxury at our residence, where the spacious backyard offers endless opportunities for relaxation and activities, ensuring a perfect balance of comfort and recreation during your stay.

Indulge in ultimate relaxation with our private swimming pool, providing a serene retreat during your stay.
If possible, we recommend showering and removing sunscreen before using the pool. We understand this may not always be convenient, but it helps keep the pool sparkling clean throughout your stay.
For stays longer than four nights, our pool technician may visit on the third day to check the pool levels and ensure everything is perfect for your comfort.
Please be aware that Getawayz NSW and the property owners assume no liability for any accidents occurring in or around the pool area. The booking holder accepts full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or harm resulting from the use of the pool. This responsibility extends to all individuals, including children and adults, and covers incidents related to intoxication. Your understanding and adherence to safety guidelines are appreciated.

A fire pit is available for your use. Some firewoods are located inside the house.
Before you have an outside fire, you must check the NSW Rural Fire Service website www.rfs.nsw.gov.auto determine if you can light a fire. You must adhere to any fire bans.
If there is no fire ban, please build fires responsibly and do not light a fire in extremely windy, hot or dry conditions even if there is no fire ban.
Please do not leave a burning fire unattended.

The house and its furnishings are brand new, we’re hoping to keep everything in pristine condition. We kindly ask that you take extra care, especially with children, around the white couches, rugs, black armchairs, and linen sheers, as they can easily get marked by dirt or sunscreen. In particular, we would greatly appreciate it if everyone avoids walking on the second living area rug with dirty feet or water.

You are welcome to wash and dry your clothes in this home. Detergent and/or washing powder has been provided for you.
The home features a Washing machine and dryer.
WASHING MACHINE
Open the drawer located on the far left and insert the washing powder or detergent into the left tray and close.
To power on the machine Simply press the knob.
To chose from the programs simply twist the knob to your desired programs for washing.
On the right hand side, you can see different options for the cycle you have selected, including wash temp, soil level and spin speed.
To start the cycle, simply press the start/pause button located at the far right hand side.
DRYER
To operate the dryer, just turn the knob.
Then, select your desired drying mode. On the right side of the screen, you'll find various options such as dryness level, dry temperature, wrinkle-free settings, and more.
Once you've configured your preferences, simply press the start/pause button to begin the drying cycle.

Our Gas BBQ is located on just outside on the terrace area and is perfect for family entertaining.
We provide a gas bottle which will be connected for you throughout your stay and there will be a spare located on the left side of the home if you need to switch this over.

The fuse box can be found inside the butler’s pantry cupboard.
If the power is not working, please check the fuses in the fuse box and flick all on if one of the fuses has blown or been switched off.
Unfortunately, there is nothing Getawayz NSW can do to rectify external power outages.
We would recommend either:
Using the Endevour Energy website to check for any known outages in the area.

If there is not a local outage and you are still experiencing issues, please contact the Getawayz NSW on 0480 801 294. For any issues after 9pm, we will attend first thing in the morning, if power is not returned to the home.

FIRE
Getawayz NSW prioritizes the safety of our guests and conducts regular fire safety inspections in all our properties.
To ensure safety, kindly use the rangehood in the kitchen and adhere to our strict 'no-smoking' policy within the house premises.
Please note there is an extinguisher and a blanket in the butlers pantry.
If used, please inform Getawayz NSW immediately.In the event of a fire, please first ensure the safety of all guests and then promptly call the fire department at +000 using your phone.
Your safety is our top priority, so please report any near misses or incidents to us. Your cooperation is appreciated.
