• The home can accommodate up to 6 guests with the air mattress upon request, with a fee of $100. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required.

• Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

• This property is suitable for babies or children and we have a cot and highchair available at the home. However we do not provide the linen. The cot is folded away for you to set up when needed.

• The home comes with 1 visitor parking space that's first come first serve. We cannot guarantee a parking space if it's being used. There is also free 24-hour street parking outside the home. The clearance space for the parking area is only 2 meters.

• Please note, the Aircon/heating is only in the living room/kitchen area. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

• There is no elevator in this building. There are 5 steps at the front entry and 27 steps going up to the apartment.

• If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
