We have provided you with a detailed manual, specific to this home. You will also find our house rules attached.

LIVING SPACE
This bright and lively space is a true reflection of the coastal spirit, blending comfort with an artistic flair. Unwind and indulge in the ultimate entertainment experience with our smart TV. Enjoy easy viewing of your favourite shows and movies with just a few clicks.
This property has a Sony Smart TV:
A single remote operates this TV. Press the green button in the top right corner to switch the TV on/off.
You are welcome to sign into your own streaming service accounts, but please remember to sign out when you depart.

This home is outfitted with two air-conditioning (A/C) units. They are very effective, with noticable temperature changes within 10 minutes.
The A/C units are located in the living space and the cinema room.
The AC units are remote controlled. Press the orange button on the remote to turn the unit on/off, and follow the prompts on the remote screen.
Use the ‘Mode’ button in the upper-left corner to select your A/C setting.
In the lower-right, you can use the ‘Temp’ button to adjust the temperature.
There are also three fans in the home, located in:
Living space.
Master Bedroom.
Guest Bedroom.
For both safety and energy related reasons, please do not leave the A/C on when you are not at the property.
KITCHEN
Rustic charm meets gourmet delights in our eye-catching kitchen. This room exudes a warm and inviting ambiance with rich, wooden cabinetry, and warm, earthy tones. Our comfortable, gourmet kitchen at Casa Pacifica promises to inspire culinary adventures and create unforgettable dining experiences.

This kitchen is outfitted with an oven for your use:
To use the Miele-brand oven:
Select your cooking mode using the dial on the left side of the oven.
Use the dial on the right side of the oven to select the temperature.
Troubleshooting with Miele is also available here, if needed.

This kitchen has a built-in induction stovetop. To use this stove:
Turn on the power by pressing the button in the centre.
Select your burner/s on the display, and adjust temperature using the +/- buttons.
If you are unable to press any buttons, ensure the child lock is disabled. To disable it, turn the power on, and then hold down the “lock” button (to the right of the power button).

A rangehood is installed above the stovetop. Please use this when cooking:
Buttons are on the underside of the rangehood, and control ventilation, and/or lighting.

Every Getawayz home is equipped with a Nespresso machine and milk frother. Complimentary coffee pods are provided for your visit.
When using the Nespresso machine:
Ensure the machine has adequate water, and is turned on at the powerpoint.
There are buttons to make different sized coffees on the top of the machine. After turning the machine on, these buttons will flash until the machine is ready for use.
When ready, place the pod in the machine and pull the silver latch down. Then press the button corresponding to your desired size of coffee.
Please regularly empty out the discarded pods from the machine.
If you prefer milk in your coffee, we request that you supply your own milk for your visit.

This property is equipped with an automatic dishwasher. Dishwashing tablets, liquid, or powder will be provided.
To operate this Ariston-brand dishwasher:
Stack dishes, glasses, and cutlery neatly, without overfilling.
Turn the power on (button on your left), and then select your desired program using the ‘P’ button.
Add appropriate detergent, and then start the program (button on your right). This button will also pause the program if pressed again.
Troubleshooting can be found here, if needed.
Before you check out, please start a wash cycle for any dirty dishes. Our team will put them away, so you don’t need to wait for this cycle to finish.

This home is fully stocked with cooking utensils, equipment, and cutlery. It also has the following appliances:
Combination fridge and freezer.
Microwave.
Toaster.
Kettle.
OUTDOORS
This stunning outdoor oasis offers a delightful blend of nature and leisure. Gather with loved ones around the sizzling BBQ grill while the scent of grilled goodness fills the air. As the sun sets, the cozy fire pit beckons, inviting you to share stories and laughter beneath the twinkling stars. This space promises an unforgettable experiences for all who visit.

A gas BBQ is available for your use. A gas tank is connected, and a second one is available if required. This BBQ is located on the lower level of the outdoor entertainment area.
To operate the BBQ:
Start the gas flow by loosening the knob of the gas tank.
Select gas flow on the BBQ dial, and ignite using the ignition button.
When finished, turn off the gas flow on both the BBQ and the gas tank.
We request that you clean the BBQ before your departure, to avoid additional fees. Please notify us if you need to swap the gas tank, so we can replace this promptly.

A firepit is available for your use. Wood, kindling, and matches are all supplied.
Please build fires responsibly, and do not operate when the weather is extremely hot, dry, or windy.
Please do not leave a burning fire unattended.
Do not create a fire if a total fire ban has been put in place by the local government. This can be checked here.
Cinema Room
Immerse yourself in the epitome of cinematic luxury within our dedicated cinema room. Designed to provide the ultimate movie-watching experience, this space boasts plush and comfortable sofa seating. The centerpiece of the room is a stunning 75-inch TV, delivering crystal-clear visuals and vibrant colors that transport you directly into the heart of every film.

This space features a massive 75” cinema-style smart TV:

Feel free to sign into your personal streaming service accounts during your stay, but kindly remember to log out before checking out.
Please be aware that the installed projector screen is currently non-operational. We ask that you refrain from attempting to use it.use it.

Our cinema room also features a Simpsons arcade game.
To play this game:
Turn on at the powerpoint, then turn on the switch on the top left part of the game.

Home Utilities & Services
Here, you'll find bin night information, and the convenient location of your fuse box for any unexpected issues. All safety concerns are also addressed here.
Rest assured, we have taken every measure to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free.

You are welcome to wash and dry your clothes in this home. Detergent and/or washing powder has been provided for you.
A washing machine is available for us:
Place clothes in the machine, and powder/detergent.
Using the dial in the centre of the machine, please select the settings you would like to use, specific to your clothing.
When you are happy with your selected settings, press the start/pause button once to begin the wash cycle.
A Fisher & Paykel brand dryer is available for use:
Place wet clothes into the dryer, and using the dial on the machine, select your desired drying mode.
Once you have selected your desired drying mode, press start/pause once to begin the drying cycle.
For your safety, please empty out the lint filter inside the drum after each use.
A portable clothesline and iron are available to use at this property.

This property has 4 bedrooms, and can sleep up to 12 people total.

We ask that all guests appropriately dispose of their garbage, and sort waste materials appropriately when removing trash from the home.
The bins are on the right side of the property near the water tank, and need to be placed at the curb every Monday evening. These need to be collected from the street on Friday evening.
The outdoor garbage bins are colour coded:
Red lid is for general waste.
Yellow lid is for recyclable material.
Green lid is for vegetation.
Getawayz NSW requires guests staying in properties on garbage collection days to take the bins out the night before collection.
A reminder will be sent, in addition to the information provided in this manual.
If the bins are not taken out, waste materials are not separated, or excessive garbage is left on the property, a $100 surcharge will be taken from either the bond or via your booking platform.

The fuse box at this property is located on the left hand side of the home (when looking at the front of the property from the road), in a silver box unit.
In the case of a complete or partial power outage, please check the fuse box:
If any switches are flipped into the ‘off’ position, flip them back to an ‘on’ position.
If all switches are on, and no changes occur, then this is most likely an issue with the power supply.
Unfortunately, there is nothing Getawayz NSW can do to rectify external power outages.
We would recommend either:
Using the Ausgrid Website to check for any known outages in the area.
Or call their hotline number: 13 13 88 to report an outage.
If there is not a local outage and you are still experiencing issues, please contact the Getawayz NSW on 0480 801 294. For any issues after 9pm, we will attend first thing in the morning, if power is not returned to the home.

Getawayz NSW ensures that each property has working fire alarms, and undergo regular fire safety inspections.
Please be mindful to use the rangehood in the kitchen, and to abide by the ‘no-smoking’ house rule.
In the case of a fire, prioritise the safety of all guests in the home, and then immediately call the fire department via +000 on your phone.
Please report any near misses or incidents to us. Your safety is of utmost importance!

In the event of minor injury, a complete first aid kit is available, stored underneath the kitchen sink.
Please contact us if you use any supplies in this kit, so we can replace them.
Under Federal legislation, Getawayz NSW cannot provide medical advice under any circumstances. Please do not request medical advice from our team.

In the case of a medical emergency, please call +000, and you will be assisted over the phone by medical professionals.
If a serious injury, emergency, or near-miss occurs at your home, please notify us at your earliest convenience.

Getawayz NSW has staff available 7 days a week, from 8am - 9pm.

For issues during your stay, please call us on 0480 801 294.
Any contact outside of business hours will be responded to from 8am onwards, the next day of business.
Please note that we take all inquiries from guests very seriously, and do our best to respond in a timely manner.
